Need new scale

Friday, April 19, 2013

We went to lunch yesterday & I felt I ate too much. So, I only had tea in the evening (no leftover spaghetti).

I got on the scale this morning and the thing read: 138# - - a few seconds later it was 140# - - and a few seconds after that 142# ?? Of course, I'd like to take the lowest number, but I don't know what is accurate. I think I'd rather have a digital scale. Any suggestions?

Just be consistant and have fun w/ it. Like report it every day or something. Weigh three times and take the middle # OR weigh 5 times as get the most common number.

I bought a new digital scale less than about a month ago, it does the same thing as your scale. It fluctuates every minute. So thinking something was wrong with it I took it back got a new one different model, different brand and it does the same thing. So I am led to believe that the scale is not your friend and that there must be a conspiracy in the scale manufacturing business emoticon I have a doctors appt on Monday and can't wait to see what I really weigh. I am really considering investing in that type of scale.
