We went to lunch yesterday & I felt I ate too much. So, I only had tea in the evening (no leftover spaghetti).
I got on the scale this morning and the thing read: 138# - - a few seconds later it was 140# - - and a few seconds after that 142# ?? Of course, I'd like to take the lowest number, but I don't know what is accurate. I think I'd rather have a digital scale. Any suggestions?
