This week I haven't been as active as last week, but that's ok. It's been emotionally and mentally taxing time for me and it shows on my energy levels. However I do think I will meet my goal of 2x gym, 1x swimming, 1x yoga, 3x walk longer than 30 minutes. I have 1 gym session, 1 yoga session and 1 walk left to do untill Sunday evening (where I live new week starts at Mondays).
Diet has been going well. I made salad yeasterday and have enjoyed it today also. On Wednesday we made a vegan soup and today I made vegan patties from millet, TVP, onion, garlic, tomato, and spices and roasted cabbage wedges.
We planned a "cheat meal" for this weekend, I don't like to call it cheating but don't know better term in English. I think it's important to have treats too every now and then.
Tomorrow is gym day and we'll make protein smoothie (like always).
I started taking MSM couple of days ago, let's see if it effects me positively! I sure hope so!
