Weight Not Coming OFF

I'm pleased that I've been exercising more and more frequently - Pilates, yoga and brisk walking almost every day. I've even tried Zumba, circuit class and will taking a Barre class next month. I definitely feel and look better - but I've lost a total of 2 pounds - and that fluctuates on a daily basis!!
emoticon Confused - not discouraged, yet.

    Hey, you are doing so well! Exercise is a good thing without a doubt, but it takes a while to have any effect, so you might need to be patient. You may want to think about avoiding the scales too - I've been where you are, and I've learned to only check in weekly. If you check in daily you do tend to see fluctuations....

You are doing a great job - keep it up, and you will succeed!
