Weight Not Coming OFF

I'm pleased that I've been exercising more and more frequently - Pilates, yoga and brisk walking almost every day. I've even tried Zumba, circuit class and will taking a Barre class next month. I definitely feel and look better - but I've lost a total of 2 pounds - and that fluctuates on a daily basis!!
Confused - not discouraged, yet.
