I am sending myself a fitbit... oh they are such a good motivator!!

Random act of kindness challenge: give someone you don't know -- maybe a busy store clerk, or just someone you pass while walking through the shopping center -- a compliment, or send a note to someone that could use a little cheer (an elderly relative, a coworker that is having problems at home... you get the idea). well today while I was in the supermarket doing my shopping an elderly lady was struggling to put her shopping on the conveyer belt and also pack it at the other end so as I was just waiting my turn, I helped out by unloading her trolly for her.
