My goals for this challenge was to be healthy, lose 10 pounds and inspire my family members to do the same. I am not really losing any weight, I actually gained a lot of weight and then I've slowly been going down and up and down. I still have the opportunity to lose the 10 pounds so not all hope is gone. I do feel healthier though. I haven't really been doing the fitness challenges because i end up so tired from doing insanity. Slowly my confidence is coming back up! I am making changes in my lifestyle when it comes to eating habits and daily exercise. Enough sleep I am getting for sure. i haven't been logging in my food nor water intake, I do it sometimes but not all the time. Maybe my personal goal should change to that. Half way through the challenge I really wanna lose those 10 pounds!
