Strength training

This week for the BLC we are supposed to focus on strength training. This is a good challenge for me because I need to focus on strength training. I know it is really important, but somehow cardio always takes precedent. Hopefully this will help me make a change!

    I too have a hard time fitting stregth training in, but am making it a priority for the next 2 weeks. Good luck to you!
