stupid plateau

    The only way I busted my 3 month long plateau was by tracking my food perfectly, measuring for sure, and being sure to stay within my range. I found I had been guessing a little too much, and extimating on the low side of reality. Also, I upped my activity, kept mixing things up, and doing intervals worked very nicely. Nothing is worse than working out and the scale doesn't move. But, how are your measurements, you may be losing fat and gaining muscle.
