So I weighed in this morning. It said 141. That's up 1.6 lbs since last week. Normally I'd be very irritated. I'm not too upset because the past 9 days I've been doing my fitness challenge. I'm almost positive the gain is due to the muscles in my legs and arms. They are getting a lot more defined. My quads feel harder and my biceps actually have a litte line under them when I flex. Not to mention I've been walking a lot lately. I'm going to start trying to walk 2 times a day. About 3 miles each time. I just love walking. So I'm hoping all this extra activity and my continuing to eat well starts to pay off in the next couple weeks.
Today my plan is to walk 3 miles this morning and then hopefully walk another 3 this evening. I'm also on day 9 of my fitness challenge. That means 100 squats and 28 push-ups. I may start adding in leg lifts and bicycle crunches too.
