You know you're a hardcore mom when you have a blister on your hand from pushing the stroller.
In other news.... I've been eating less meat and dairy, and more whole grains, not perfect at all but more than usual, and I'm already seeing progress weight wise, I'm at a lower weight now then I was before my second baby was born finally!!! yayyyyyyyyy!! Now, to get lower then before the first baby was born, that's the next goal!! The nice thing is though, I'm 215lbs and I haven't been that thin in awhile, my pants are slipping down, I need a belt, and 215lbs for me is that tipping point where I feel more able to be active and energized, whereas when I'm 220 I just feel miserable and unable to perform even simple tasks because of how big I am. Perhaps that's why on the BMI measurement it's somewhere in the 220's that turns into obese for me and 215 is just overweight! I know some people might think that's not worth celebrating but I do, yayyy overweight!!! lol I look downright skinny still to myself, since I used to be more around 250lbs or more for the majority of my life.
oh and another big switch........ I switched from 5 - 6 cups of coffee a day to 1 green tea. GO ME!!!!!!!!!!! I feel so much more calm and at peace with myself. The caffeine was wreaking havoc. I think I'm a better mom now, more patience, less on edge. Zen style :)
