I got a forever buddy today. The Pressure is on.

Friday, April 19, 2013

Today at my bootcamp we were assigned a forever buddy. It is someone to be accountable to and when we pair up to spar, grapple, or do our 8 min drills they will be our partner. My parter is named Tammy, and she cussed when she found out I was her partner. LOL That made me feel incredibe.. She knew I was going to push her and kick her butt. SERIOUSLY? When did I become that girl, instead of the one who was on the floor trying to catch my breath?

I could have done a lot more today, I am going to have to start wearing an elevation mask so I can make my workouts more intense. Not moday though, Monday is going to be way hard on its own. :)

My hubby and I started our 4 week dance class last night. We are teaching country swing and the 2 step for this session. It was ablast. The couples we have are so excited to learn, and I got a sweat on. I have so much nmore energy and I never got winded like I usually do. It was great.

My scale is climbing, I hate that. I am trying so hard to focus on all the positive changes that are happening, but extra weight means its harder to do everything. Still tweeking my diet to see if that's whatg going on. I realized since starting my Paleo program I stopped drinking my SOLLE VITAL, and I think that has a lot to do with it. I drank one today during my workout and I had so much endurance. I love it because it helps me recvoer faster.

Wow that is fantastic on the partner fear, hehe - congrats, though, seriously! What a terrific compliment!

Could you just be gaining muscle, maybe? You seem to be incredibly active! Either way, hang in there, it's just a number and you are kicking my butt, too! *grin*
