slowly but surely. This past few weeks have been slow on the lbs lost. Really need to work on eliminating the diet soda and double increase my water intake. Some days are easier than others. Have to get me some more Yerba Matte tea. I was able to kick the soda once before but ran out of tea and was back on the wagon with diet soda.
Really really have worked hard at much smaller portions at meal times in hopes that it would train my stomach to not require so much food on a plate. So far so good. Just maybe eat slower so my stomach can catch up to my mouth. LOL
Now 32lbs away from "onederland"
