yay! I lost 2 1 /2 lbs this week . That is a total of 7 lbs since April the 1st- That's awesome!! My goal for next week is to get in the 60's -which is only 1/2 lb but i will am for another 2. now i need to continue with the gym and add in at least 2 other days of exercising . I am going to aim to get out for a run tomorrow because it is suppose to be a beautiful day
