Yesterday I didn't get out even though I intended to after work. But after a 10 hour day of running my butt off at work, I was just too tired.

So I got out this morning and got winded so quickly! Well, after 3 miles I felt a lot better and kept going. I got in a little better than 6 miles. (and a much better time than I have been wogging) So 12 miles to go to get my virtual marathon in for "runners united to remember".

    Sweet!! Nice job! I had one of those days and only put in 2 miles and a mile biking. It was a beauty of a day but I was just whipped. PLUS hubby was at the house asking, "done yet" by TEXT! Lesson learned - NO cell phone with me when exercising.
