Back home on Thursday and back to making my own food...
Breakfast: coffee, milk, sugar; grape nuts, Greek yogurt, craisins and almonds
Lunch was a big serving of the fennel, apples, peppers, walnuts and craisins w/vinaigrette salad, topped with feta, plus a hard-boiled egg
Had the last of the oatmeal, peanut and chocolate chip cookies my friends made as an afternoon treat
Dinner was asparagus, mock-chicken and garlic sautéed in olive oil, with kashi 7-grain pilaf, sprinkled with a little parmesan, and a tomato salad with vinaigrette
