I think I ate too much today!

I had :

1) 1 chicken pie
2) 1 curry puff
3) 1 tuna puff
4) 3 plates of rice with veggies, mushrooms, anchovy sambal & beef rendang.

Gosh! I feel like a pig, I guess I'll have to cut back tomorrow!

    Just go on a nice long walk tomorrow!! Eat healthy. You had your day, and enjoyed it, now just get back on the healthy horse and ride away again!! You can do this. It's a lifestyle, with ups and downs, and lots of food days, and great on plan days...It's not what we do on the not so good days, it's what we do on all the other days......smile, and breathe, and plan tomorrow better!!
