Today is another crazy Friday when I have the car and have to get everything done! Including a music practice!

But I am ready and prepared again! OH and I am a POUND DOWN! CELEBRATIONS!!!!
Whoo hoo!

Had egg, avo and arugula salad for dinner last night and stopped drinking by 7:30 pm.
Also has my water and lemon through the day and one cup of dandelion tea!

    Yesterday was back on plan but I didn't eat enough protein or calories period.. Still dealing with bloat from the unsuitable party food
    Started my day with a yoga session, I missed doing those and I could feel it in my shoulders.

    I dropped a pound this week, so I'm happy! It was a lot of hard work, but I did it. Maybe it's in my head, but I feel like I have to work way harder at this with nursing.

    Workouts will be indoors today as it's going to be a rainy day.

    That's all from me for now. I have a lot of school work to get done today so that I'm not stuck doing it all on the weekend when everyone else is having fun!
