Making Fitness Easier and Sleeping More

I can't wait to get home and do may daily elliptical routine. There is a show I love to watch on TV but it starts at 9:00, the time I go to bed, and I always fell asleep in the middle of it :((.
I found the perfect solution for me. I record it and get to watch it as soon as I come back from work while doing my work out. I am so busy paying attention at the TV that the time flies....I used to do only 20 minutes but now I am doing 40. My new fitness goal is to do 60 minutes, the length of the show.The elliptical machine is my new best friend. :)) Oh and an added bonus is that when I came back from work I was always "hungry" and would go straight to the kitchen for a snack, which it turned into a whole meal (or more) Now I head straight to my bedroom to change into my exercise clothes...
