We are over halfway through this challenge and here is my progress!
Q: Are you reaching your goals?
I feel like I'm reaching my fitness goals but I'm definitely not doing enogh with my eating and tracking my food. I am proud of the small progress I've made though
Q: Are you making changes in your lifestyle? I feel as though I'm becoming more active so I would say yes :)
Q: Are you logging your nutrition and fitness and getting enough sleep and water?
The loggin of food I need to do better with. I have my good and bad days as far as sleep goes bt I get 10 glasses of water daily so I'm definitely kicking butt with that lol
