We are over halfway through this challenge and here is my progress!

Q: Are you reaching your goals?
I feel like I'm reaching my fitness goals but I'm definitely not doing enogh with my eating and tracking my food. I am proud of the small progress I've made though

Q: Are you making changes in your lifestyle? I feel as though I'm becoming more active so I would say yes :)

Q: Are you logging your nutrition and fitness and getting enough sleep and water?
The loggin of food I need to do better with. I have my good and bad days as far as sleep goes bt I get 10 glasses of water daily so I'm definitely kicking butt with that lol

    The most important thing is that you are sticking with it and haven't given up. Congratulations on your progress so far. This is definitely no easy task so every little step helps. It's great to see how happy you are with your progress!
