I just came on to Spark people do some of my rotine spin the wheels track breakfest that sort of thing. I clicked on a video About someone who Lost 120lbs from running.It was an amazing video he started runing at his full size. I could bearly walk at my 330. Now I have lots more movement. I have been thinking about starting to jog/run. I was thinking yesterday how I live so close to some amazing parks and such. I will see my trainer at work to day and talk about it.Have been very afraid to do it Have broke both my ankles in the past 20 years ago. I work as a living on my feet as a cook so I can not aford any injurys. I would realy like to be able todo some 5ks and such I walk alot. It would be awsome to jog/run. Hope everyone has a great day.
