Something I've thought about is the plate concept of filling the plate with half vegetables one quarter protein and one quarter grains. So spark coach here goes new goal increasing proportion of non-starchy vegetables to 50 %. My action step toward this today is have a glass of low sodium v8 with breakfast. pack a big bag of vegetable sticks for lunch and make supper salad twice as large as usual.
