Tracked all the food today!

Every bite. 1341 calories. It is much easier to track on the days that I work both jobs because I generally eat the same things on those days. And, no snack at 11:15 pm when I got home! Drank all of my waters, too.

    you're doing good! I generally track my whole day in the morning then refer to it all day long in case there are any changes. Sometimes my dinner plan turns into something else but it's easy to retrack.
