Jan. this year I weighed 180.0 and Iím still bouncing around that so, I decided to join a Ladies Fitness Center on 4/8 and do Calorie Cycling last Thursday 4/11 and I have been working on my plan ever since and here it is!
Based off my heavy and light exercise days.
My Calorie Cycling Days:
Day 1 Mon. Cardio & Gym day - high calories ~ 1601 Calories
Day 2 Tue. Cardio - low calories ~ 901 Calories
Day 3 Wed. Cardio & Gym day - medium calories ~ 1101 Calories
Day 4 Thu. Cardio - medium calories ~ 1101 Calories
Day 5 Fri. Cardio & Gym day - high calories ~ 1601 Calories
Day 6 Sat. Cardio - medium calories ~ 1101 Calories
Day 7 Sun. Rest - low calories ~ 901 Calories
I have got to break this plateau I have been in and this I hope will do it.
My plans are simple, JUST DO IT!
My Goal for Yesterday Wed. 4/17 :
Drink a gallon of water!
Cardio for at least 30 min.
Callanetics & ST!
