I'll get this one DONE

Thursday, April 18, 2013

I am the queen of starting all over again and again and again and yet how do i assure myself that this time - its different. This time - i'll get it DONE!!

Honestly - its a variety of reasons...but the most important one being - i've tried everything under the sun except persevearing till the last minute. I give up very early in the race and i give up when things dont go my way. So when has anyone achieved anything worthwhile by staying in their comfort zone? No one has succeeded by sitting on the couch doing nothing. You dont reach success in a single shot. Its a journey and the real fun lies in the journey and how you make it through. You need to earn the success.

So i want to feel that thing - that feeling of rewards after a round of hard work...that runner's high...that adrenaline pumping ...and that feeling of earning that satisfaction....thats what i want to feel!!!
So i know....this time its not about looking good for someone else or even myself...its not about the end result....its about the accomplishments on the way...the highs and lows of the journey...thats what is so much more worthwhile...

I'll get it DONE this time around

Don't think of the fact you keep starting over. Think this is a journey and we are learning along the way. ! So plan ahead. Keep working at it. Don't look back and YOU will do it. It might take some time but it will happen. Think positive !!
