This has been a bad week for a lot of people. I feel for the parents who lost their sweet 8 year old boy in Boston. He seemed so sweet and wanted good things out of life. To have it taken this way is almost too unbearable to think about. I hope that in their loss, his message of wanting peace for others will resonate.
I have been hearing more sad reports about TX as well.
In my neck of the woods. I have joined a FB page that has been put together in honor of a four year old boy. He's dying of cancer. He doesn't have long to live. He and his parents are in hospice care. The updates on this little guy have put me to tears today. His parents just picked out his burial spot, today. Can you imagine? I can't seem to squeeze my baby boy enough today. He's got a great attitude about it all. They are a family with strong values about life and convicted faith. He's not scared. I can't imagine what the parents are feeling though.
So I just hope you get a chance to love your children today, no matter their age. He has a FB fan page.
You don't have to like the page of course. I just wanted you to see it. The family is asking for people to paint their nails gold in remembrance of those who have battled cancer as a reminder. If you do join the fan page, take a pic of your nails and share them on the page. There are lots of people who have been doing this already. Even a nurse staff in TX got wind of his story here in GA.
Hope you all have a good weekend.
