I went to bed early last night so I could get up at 6:00 and walked on the treadmill for @30 min.
After lunch I was tired, but I decided to go ahead and work on getting the baby quilt loaded onto the frame. I worked for an hour, then I decided to rest a little before the kids got up from their nap.
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 50 minutes.
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will..eat a healthy snack
