i need to start over and stay on track, i have lost 29 pounds since i have joined TOPS back in 2005. doesn't seem possible that i have been in tops for 8 years today and i have lost that much and for the most part have kept it off. when i first joined tops, my first goal was to get below 200 pounds and i did that, don't remember how long it took me to do that and then my next goal was to get below 190 and i have reach that goal. now my goal is to stay below the 190 mark and hope to below 180 by the time i have to go back to the doctor the first week of june.
my friend and i are going on an all train trip in october and i really would like to be at my goal weight by then. to help keep me on track, i will be posting at least 3 times a week to start. i don't alway have use of a computer but will post as often i can.
so i will track everything that goes into my mouth, either on here or in my notebook journal.
and i will track all of the exercises that i do everyday and how long i do it and how many calories i burn.
