Feeling good

Today was my last Zumba for this week. tomorrow I'm taking a sewing class to learn a new technique. It was a good day. I have been able to keep up with my water and my food journal. I am finding that if I know what I'm planning for lunch, I can have things available and eat well, rather than the "whatever" that used to be my plan. I keep telling myself I can do this... So basically, feeling good.
