I am checking in today to document the fact that I've been awesomely on track all week!
These are the things I did right this week:
-- Strength training once
-- Yoga! Ommmmm...
-- 20 mile bike ride on Sunday, which was just perfectly beautiful
-- two 4 mile runs early early early on Tuesday and Thursday
-- stayed on track with calories all week
-- had only one bite of chocolate cake at the "Opening Day" party at work today (our VP is a major baseball fan)
In other ways, it's also been a pretty good week...I started another session of painting classes on Saturday and liked it a lot. I also got some things done around the house - put up the umbrella on the deck and straightened up a little bit, ordered some patio furniture -- very exciting!
I also found out I have another interview next week for the internal job I applied for...the process keeps changing but I'm trying to be positive. I plan to spend some time this weekend going over the preparation I did earlier this year when the whole thing started. I really want this job, but no matter what happens, I have to believe it's for the best.
