Why sparkvideos?

Thursday, April 18, 2013

Some people ask why i would try to do all the spark exercise videos. Some people have said that they are too hard, too easy, to short, have slow internet speed , or seem boring.

excuse busters 1- if they are too hard, do the modifications 2- if too easy, add resistance or do extra reps while the next move starts 3-if they are to short the video can be repeated for a 2nd set 4- some of the workouts are printable so you dont hace to watch a video 5- there are so many kinds of videos. they include different moves and types of exercises so everyone should find something they life. if you dont like one move on and try another,

So far the only one i did not like was the chair cardio, but it is something i may do sometime when i am infront of my desk and just want to move or at some point if i hurt my ankle or knees. or if i ever really want a challange i may try to do it on a stability ball instead of a flat chair.
either way there are so many ways to add challenge any exercise.

The secret is to not make excuses and just try it.

I download the ones that I like so that I don't have to have an internet connection to use them. Why complain about something that is free? I like them and hope they continue to make more. You are to be commended for trying them all!

I love all of the sparkpeople video's as well. There are a few that I wouldn't do again but all in all I found I was doing more than one or more than 3 each time and got a great workout and saw great results! WAY TO GO!! You are keeping it fun :)
