Well, it's about half gone.

That's a start, I guess. Thanks for the supportive comments. I think I'll just try not to worry about it, and, if it's still hanging on at the end of a week, I'll try the fat fast for a bit. I SHOULD be too old for hormone fluctuations to be messing with me, but I guess we're all hormone soup of one kind or another, huh? I'm doing all the right stuff, so I'll just remind myself that it's too soon to worry.
It's too soon to worry.
It's too soon to worry.
It's too soon ........

Yup. Too soon to worry. Focus on the non-scale victories whenever you can.

Hang in there, Auntie! :) Oh I was gonna mention something my hubby and I noticed, re: your comment about too old for hormone fluctuation: he's too MALE for hormone flux, but we've noticed as he loses weight, he goes through moody periods that didn't used to be there. We have heard that some of the estrogen-type hormones are stored in fat, so it makes us wonder if losing weight causes them to "come out of solution," so to speak, and mess with you again before you flush them out for good. Conspiracy theory science, but eh who knows, with our bodies?! :) Anything is possible!
