Tomorrow I shall join a grown up gym....lol I tried to do it on my own with outdoor applications but I can not keep my focus. I am gonna take a new approach....fitness not losing weight, not looking better in my clothes, but fitness. Learning nutrition ....true nutrition not just calories in and out and also learning about the proper routines and not just cardio and some strength training.
I have had many ups and downs in this journey and I still consider it a journey. I went "gym" shopping today and decided on one. It maybe a little busier than another choice I had however I know if its not convient I won't do it so, tomorrow I will start another chapter in this journey .
Funny part is the guy at the gym was actually a thought point so, I thought to ponder but not directly. I told him I would be unable to do anything until Tuesday. He then said well set her up with a three day guest pass which by the way means it expires on Sunday. So after I left my first reaction was well....that wasn't very surprise and delight he gave me a time frame that I said wasn't convent. Then it clicked.....y isn't it. .....what is it that keeps you from going. Sure I work but not from 5:00 am to midnight and then that turned into wow I make allot of excuses. Time to change
So with that said my goal......not a lb goal this time. ..not a by this time goal. I want to be fit and be able to do a 10k by this time next year a whole year to get me to that point. That is my goal
Day 1 will be blogged tomorrow and I will try to make a daily entry to keep myself more focused and to try to keep myself inspired!
