I am trying to think of a good snack for a little later tonight. I am well within my calorie range (1202, range is 1200-1500). I had fish, broccoli, and a small baked potato. While it tasted fine, I am still very hungry. Now is when it is hard and I want to dive into my kids' Whales snacks and drink their diet pepsi, however I keep thinking of my weigh-in tomorrow and how I don't want to sabotage all the work I did this week. I am very hungry however, and feel that I need something else. I'm thinking probably something high in protein? (Just remembered I forgot to log a cheese stick, but I'm still well within my calorie range.) I want to work out later and not feel weak either. Any ideas?
