For a few weeks I have been doing okay with my eating. Sometimes I go above, but more then 1 day a week. Well last night was my one day a week. We had pizza. Now like many people on this planet we love pizza. Some of us cannot help but have more then intended, but we should know when to stop. Right????

Downfall again this morning. I ate my lunch and breakfast at one sitting. So now I am sitting here ready to share 2 pictures that I found on my FB page. I think it just may come in handy one day.... like today... and it did.

just wanted to share last nights and this morning frustration. I will stay in my calorie range some how today.

I like the 10 weight loss tips. I read that you are not suppose to weigh yourself daily but I think I might benefit from doing that emoticon

I stay away from pizza if I can, it's very hard to just stick to one slice.... or two. Keep on going and you will get there!
