Back to the basics....

So today is my Day #2 ....a wise sparker suggested today that maybe I should tweak somethings.... so I decided that I just need to go back to the basics of tracking EVERYTHING I should be doing this anyways but, I have become a little relaxed on one bite here one bite there....one chip here on chip there....and it all adds up .... for 7 days I'm going to measure EVERYTHING...If I cant track I cant eat it...I'm also going to stay within my calorie ranges that Spark gives me ...Fitbit gives me more because of my activity but, for just 7 days starting today I'm going to stay below 10,850 for the 7days.
Log everything and stay below 10,850
