OK, so you're having a set back. You wouldn't throw in the towel if it was some other kind of set back:
If you're driving, and you get lost, would you turn off the car, and just stay there? No, you would look at a map, and get back on course.
If you were going down stairs & stumbled down a few stairs, would you figure all is lost, you might as well throw yourself down the rest of the flight? No, you would catch your breath, & go down carefully holding the railing.
How about if you were carrying a glass of milk, and spilled a new drops? Would you say, Oh well, might as well spill the rest on the floor? No! You would get a towel and clean it up, and forget it and go about your way.
So don't throw in the towel!
SP is your road map, your railing, your towel. If you follow it, you really will lose weight.
