So I have been doing better since my last post. I have hit my first mini goal (of getting down to what I was 3 years ago when I married my husband) and am working towards my second and third :) Completing a 5k, which is on the 27th, and getting to One-derland! I still am craving sweets but have found low cal/carb etc choices. My food choices are going well and I continue to log my nutrition and love being able to use my mobile phone for it; definitely helps keep me accountable :) It is hard to stay motivated to exercise when we keep getting rain, freezing rain, and snow (Yes, SNOW!!). We have had only 2 days in the last 2-1/2 weeks that haven't had precipitation. Those were the only 2 days that I have been able to run outside. I am SOOOO tired of the treadmill! Onward to continuing toward my goals; it isn't how many times you fall off, it is how many times that you get back on that matters.
