I had a WooHoo day! I ate only healthy food and no sugar or sugar substitutes. I know, I know, nothing is forbidden but the sugar was making me crave sweets and overall wasn't good for me. I do use Stevia, it's not made from sugar. I use the liquid Stevia and cut down from 5 drops in my tea to only 3 drops and soon that will go down more. I ate a lot of fresh salad today too!
I also got in a 30 minute walk around the inside perimeter of a big store. Soon I'll be walking right outdoors!
Not going to bombard you every day with my food and exercise, but I'll pop in here again now and then to update.
