I have changed my routine a little bit and I do think that it is helping me to get back into the losing side of this. I was getting started on my exercises first thing in the morning, eating breakfast then Sparking. It would then be time for lunch and I would be famished, eating something then trying to fit in all that I had eaten and get a dinner, too. I decided to try doing my nutrition the first thing in the morning and it is working out so much better for me. There is no guessing for any meals or snacks and I can play with it as long as I need to and get it right! I always know what I can eat and am never hungry these days. I am still in the new stages of this switch so I am keeping my eye on the benefits and the possible drawbacks.
