I finally dragged myself downstairs to do 3 weight exercises, core and back extentions. I whined to my poor husband the entire way through but I did it. It's been well over a year since I've touched a weight, and 3 weeks since I've done my core and back exercises. I have to admit I hate the whole process all the way though. Felt like I had been exercising for at least 45 min when I looked at the clock and only 15 min had gone by. LOL. Anyways, after it was all done, and I had had a little rest (I was exhausted just from that), I felt great. Energy, positive attitude and my eating has been good all day because I don't want to ruin any good I did with my exercising. I realized it was worth it, and I plan to do it again tomorrow as well. I also realized that I'm worth it, and if I want a long and healthy life I must continue this, and more for the rest of my life. It's not just exercise, it's a lifestyle change.
