If I don't do my workout soon I don't think I am going to have the gumption to do one. I skipped it this morning. I had to be at work at 7:30 and yesterday I got up at 5:30 to exercise, this morning I could not get up at 4:30, sorry but not happening!

I squeaked into the 314 slot on the scale this morning so I have re-gained my loss. :)

-100 pounds baby! I hit -100 about 2 years ago. Got down to 309 for a loss of 105 once, lets hope I go farther this time around.

My goals for this Challenge Butterflies for the next 5 weeks are...

To get into the 200's...and I mean safely into the 200's and not teetering on the wall.

To be more active

To buy the next size smaller pants and shirt.

To not undo my week's work with my weekend binges.

There are more but gosh I just have 5 week till the end of the
