Canine love helps Boston victims

This made me smile. I've been a bit gloom-and-doom lately, but this made me really thankful for the fact that the good people in humanity far, far outnumber the evil.

I emoticon service animals. I saw that on the news the other night. those are wonderful dogs. I used to work near an elder care facility. Every now and then, I'd see a woman with 3-4 small dogs. They were service dogs too. She would come by with the dogs to help make the residents day a little brighter.

maybe I'm jaded, but goldens are just the greatest dogs! Obie is our first, but he will NOT be the last one in our family!

Every single day there are tragedies. Some are small, affecting only a few people, while others are massive and weigh on all our hearts. We must always be looking for positives or the negatives will drag us down and keep us from progressing with meaning. Whether it is family, friends, a beloved furbaby, a favorite song, watching a comedy, or finding a way to give back, we must find positives to hold close.
