Let's be Honest

Thursday, April 18, 2013

I have been good. I have lost forty pounds altogether. But I have not been eating the way I want to be eating. It is time to be honest so it is no ones fault but my own. So it is time to get serious with eating.

Otherwise my goals have been okay I have not been writing in my notebook everyday nor have I been taking my vitamin everyday works in progress. I have been running a longer distance no problem don't know that I'll be able to run the entire block by the end of the month but will keep plugging away at it.

I love the city of Boston and I know we will be fine and we will be back stronger than ever.

Yeah, I had a similar conversation with myself, but if I eat any healthier, that means eating all whole foods. Seriously. I don't think I can sustain that, so I may got for average. That is one or two meals a day with no processed foods and mostly whole grain products. emoticon *Boston* emoticon

I think considering all that's going on in your city, that you should just take care of yourself. I know the rest of us are still in shock.

Sounds like you have been doing pretty well so far -- but that there are some additional things to work on. Always good to have new goals!

I didn't realize you were in Boston -- I lived there for 4 years in 2003-7, right north of MGH in downtown. Great city -- glad you are okay!

Have a great week!
