hi all!! im back and doing well. I dbled my workout yesterday with two sessions of 30ds and today i ran 4.11 miles and did 30ds. I took my 8 week pics and I plan to post them tomorrow. Im not as far as i would like to be but who ever is, lol. Good thing is i have made some improvment so im happy about that. tomorrow is another dble workout and tomorrow also marks a week away from my trip. I know i wont be where i want to be by next week but the good news is that next week i will be closer to my goal than i am today so i will take it!!
yesterday was another non drink succesful day so im gonna keep on keeping on and pressing forward, happy sparking!!
