So many things to do so little time. Proud of myself for being able to wear my size 14 pants again, it's been about several years since I've been able to do that. I even wore them when I took my daughter to her playgroup yesterday. It felt so good, and they are even a tad baggy in the butt, and a little bit in the belly and thighs. Hoping to fit into the next size down soon. Wedding is fast approaching in a couple of days, can't believe that his sister is finally getting married after about 20 years of being divorced, I am so happy for her. She reminds me a lot of myself, except older. She doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, sweet, helpful wonderful woman. Only thing I have that she doesn't is, well I tend to be impatient and have a slight temper inherited from my parents. LOL! I'm so nervous about fitting in and looking alright. Thank you to everyone who had such wonderful comments on my photo from the other day, it sure made my day. I compared that picture to the one from summer 2011 and couldn't believe the difference. I even managed to shave off 4 minutes for my at home 5k yay.
Having these reminders as well as being able to wear clothes I haven't been able to in along time, reminds me that it may be slow but I'm doing it. And it can be done. If I keep this rate, I should be under 160 pounds by my 9th wedding anniversary. And at my goal weight and maintaining it for my 10th wedding anniversary next year. We plan on renewing our vows about a month early where we were originally going to get married at, which is Seven Lakes State Park. It ended up being too cold on our special day to have everyone out there, and I wish I was able to so much. Here's to another month and many more of healthy eating, the right amount of exercise and being happy with my family.
