Hooray....for me

Today was day 3 of the Shred. They say it gets easier after day 7 to get up and workout. I hope that's true. I must say that today was easier than yesterday. The time seemed to fly by today. I took fewer breaks. Most of my breaks were mini ones due to my muscles burning. I took a few beats to rest and then jumped back in. I have noticed that my asthma isn't quite so bad. I do still need to take a break right before the second set of cardio moves, but it is getting smaller everyday. I am adjusting to this new lifestyle. I must say that I like me better when I work out. I tend to be more energetic and productive. One more hurdle successfully cleared.

    I'm on workout three of 30 day shred. It is WAY harder but so awesome! It does get easier, and you can do it! (I spent 2 weeks on each workout)
