My health is improving using SparkCoach.com. I have had tons of medical issues developing progressively since 1994. Following SparkCoach is helping me to really notice my food intake. I am much better at that now. My exercise habits are improving, also. I was involved in a car accident about 5 years ago. I was left with a bad knee. But my knee has improved tremendously. I have also developed a much better attitude toward weight loss. SparkCoach has been a real life saver for me.
LEXIE012 Today I have decided to focus on my intake of protein and carbohydrates. My protein intake is generally below the limit, so I need to try to increase that area to at least a medium to high intake. Also, I want to try to keep my carb limit on the low side since I am diabetic. And in both those categories, I need to ensure that I utilize healthful foods. Lean protein and the "good" carbohydrates will be added to my eating program. It just came to me I am also going to include one cup beans such as pinto, navy, or black beans; to ensure to healthy intake of fiber. I will try to cover all my bases and get plenty of fruit and veggies, too. I need to be certain I have a well-balanced food intake. In addition, I will try to monitor my water intake more carefully. 1670 days ago
