My food choices have been good so far this week, I have found a few good websites with recipes for primal/paleo food which should liven up my meals. I have ordered Mark Sission new book and also his sauce/toppings cook book from amazon .ca, hopefully they should be here next week.
I have found a good resource for free yoga, its a New Zealand site, I will post the url if I remember.
Today's exercise yoga, I don't really view yoga as exercise more of a relaxing end to the day, or am I doing it wrong ?
I have had a good week so far, next week I will measure my stomach around my belly button and my fat percentage with a caliper using the 1 site method just above the hip bone. My pants are feeling looser, only a small bit, but its a start. I still plan just to weigh myself once a month, its a great feeling to be free of the scales, maybe I will get rid of them altogether one day.
