So i have been with Sparkpeople for about 3.5 years now and I am still no further that I was when I started. I remember when I started I was excited and committed. I would track all my activities and what I ate. I remember getting the gears from my husband and oldest boy about always being on the computer. I remember the commitment lagging because I got tired of always hearing how I was on the computer. I want to go back to being committed and excited. How do you go from being depressed and hum drum to excited? I guess one day at a time. I started tracking my food again today I have being trying very hard this week to track what I eat. I just purchased Total Body Sculpting and 28 day boot camp and want to get started on those.
