So i have been with Sparkpeople for about 3.5 years now and I am still no further that I was when I started. I remember when I started I was excited and committed. I would track all my activities and what I ate. I remember getting the gears from my husband and oldest boy about always being on the computer. I remember the commitment lagging because I got tired of always hearing how I was on the computer. I want to go back to being committed and excited. How do you go from being depressed and hum drum to excited? I guess one day at a time. I started tracking my food again today I have being trying very hard this week to track what I eat. I just purchased Total Body Sculpting and 28 day boot camp and want to get started on those.

    You can do it!!!! Don't give up....I find that reading the Spark motivational articles, quotes,etc....really helps....Give yourself small rewards for sticking to it....Make this your time.....YOU are worth it!!!!,
