Very relaxing “feel good” program. I use this as a prep for the day, and other physical activities for the day. If its a really bad weather period- at least I have this and I feel “all is not lost “. Sometimes I feel like part of the group.. Doing the Core Fitness has helped my bowling experience also, what a nice bonus. I hope to add a couple more of of your programs soon. You have really nailed it down Anne, on selection and presentation for us geezers and others who need this approach.. thanks.
