I am officially the lightest I've been since joining SP! 144.0! (and that was with my hair wet...LOL) Skipped running this morning in favor of cuddles - might run later, might wait until tomorrow. I ran the last two days so I feel fine about it.

The apricot chicken last night was okay... I will probably have the salmon the next time we eat Olive Garden. I also did not have the croutons on my salad or eat any breadsticks. I didn't feel deprived - I just felt like I was making healthy choices. I felt a little hungry while reading last night but it went away...

Also, my new "beer" when I get home is a nice cold Hansen's Diet Creamy Root Beer. Dang those are good. I allow myself one (you know, to take the edge off...LOL) and then drink water the rest of the evening.

I swung by the store and picked up some strawberries, apples, a bag of salad and some raw walnuts last night.... Here is what I am having for breakfast and lunch today:

Feeling good.
I have decided to go try Crossfit next Tuesday 4/23/13 @ 4pm.
